3.3. How Your Service Team is Evaluated

To see the factors on which your staff is evaluated when they engage clients, take the following steps:

  1. Click on Scoring in the main menu bar.
  2. Click on Evaluation Criteria on the upper left of your screen.
  3. Review the eleven points on which the "mystery shopping" call is graded.
  4. Click on Click here to download file to print out a hard copy of the evaluation criteria.
