2.5. Add Users

Your service staff should be accountable and take responsibility for the way they interact with your customers. To give them access to your InteliChek customer service scores, and to hear themselves on recorded phones calls with a potential clients, take the following steps:

  1. In the main menu bar click on Manage Users.
  2. Click on Add in the top right of your screen.
  3. Fill in the information fields. Boxes marked with a red asterisk must be completed.
  4. Click on Submit at the bottom of your screen.
Note: New users will receive automated e-mail notifications of new data and any new InteliChek releases.
